Total Mortgage Arena

And that bid, who knows what it would be.

We really don't know what the bid is, who was going to be the person to take over the arena, total mortgage arena.

Let's be clear about that.

And It's going to be a process.

That's all it is.

A process where people will put in a bid, make their pitch, and say, hey, you look good for it.

One thing I am against is pretty much Howard Sappin tearing down the total mortgage arena and turning it into his own little thing.

And like I said before, and I'm going to say it again, if you want Howard Safin to do that, okay, you give him the public money to refurbish the Majestic Theater.
