Total dissolved solids

Exactly.

But it's used to estimate something called total dissolved solids or TDS.

Okay, TDS.

I've seen that on some coffee block.

But it stays very stable.

And what Blue Water does really well, it monitors the TDS, so the total dissolved solids coming out of that system and adjusts itself.

So if you set it to say 100 parts per million TDS and it produces 85 one day for some reason, it will adjust the kind of bypass itself or the injection itself to kind of keep it at 100 again.

So that makes it very consistent.

That I'm very jealous of because our system does not do that.

Let's see.

So generally people will say you want espresso water higher PPM than filter water.

And people have only been talking TDS for many years in the coffee industry.
