But it's also given me the platform to bring together crazy ideas like the 58 Marathons, which has now gone on to be a number one best-selling book, and there's a documentary over something that I was inspired to do, and we raised $160,000 plus for mental health.

It's also the reason why I'm running across Australia, because I, as a newfound father, I w- still want the challenge, right? I want to see if I can do 100-plus kilometers a day for 40 days while I tackle the country, but tell stories and raise funds for Top Blokes Foundation, which is doing great work and putting young men through workshops, like six-month workshops, to help them become a top bloke, right? I think it's so important in society now with all the spotlight in the current media around domestic violence, around youth male suicide, I think it's so important to bring light to that, and I want to be a positive stamp in society on helping doing that, because I don't have all the school, skills and all the answers.

But I know that there are incredible people doing incredible things, and that's where we're at with that.
Lachlan StuartHOST

So it has really helped me use a platform that I've got to raise funds, and this next one, we're looking to raise half a million dollars, which is gonna be awesome.

Yeah, well, I, I, I was-- I had my head in the desk about 12 weeks ago and, and my brother-in-law, um, Karina's brother, Dr. Justin Coulson, called me and he said, uh, he said, "Foz, I've got an idea." And I said, "What's that, mate?" He said, uh, "Why don't we walk fifty kilometers with the ten-kilo weight vest on for the Top Blokes Foundation Lift The Load Challenge and raise-- see if we can raise a hundred thousand?" And, you know, I, uh, I agreed to it and then, uh, eight weeks on I started trying to prepare for this walk and I, I tell you what, I, I don't think my body's made for it.
Kieran ForanGUEST
