Tooth and Nail

Yeah.

I don't think those are as strong as Breaking the Chains, Under Lock and Key, and, um, Tooth and Nail.

Mm-hmm.

Not even, not even close song-wise.

Yep.

all right for me 1984 was a good year with these albums that were all coming out i'm talking docking tooth and nail This is the band's second album.

You know, it's a great album.

I mean, they had the power ballad, Alone Again, Just Got Lucky, Into the Fire, Bullets to Spare.

I mean, I remember having, again, the cassette tape of this thing, too, and just playing the heck out of it.

Love me some docking.

Docking tooth and nail.

Thank you.

In My Dreams was next, topped out at number 77 on the Hot 100, and then It's Not Love was released, and it didn't chart, but it was all over MTV at that point.

Under Lock and Key, desert island album for me, and with Tooth and Nail before it and Back With The Attack after it, perfect trifecta.

At 101, we got Turbo by Priest, topped out at 17, was on the way down.

Their 12th studio album, and in my opinion, their most tolerable album.

Yeah, yeah, I know, but I'm like, I'm thinking, like, again, like, Dokken was doing that.

That was off of fucking Tooth and Nail.

That was tooth, that was Tooth and Nail, so you're right.

That was early.

You're right.

It had the song Sat In Your Lap, and also The Dreaming.

In 1984, Dokken released Tooth and Nail.

This was the first to feature bassist Jeff Pilson, and it solidified the band's status in the Los Angeles heavy metal scene.

It hit number 49 on the Billboard albums chart, but it took forever to even get that high up.
