So, um, my friend Jean has been asking me a million times, would you and I do a podcast on how we've done our books? So, and I think it's real appropriate, 'cause to be honest with you, one of the things I've been working with my 10X, uh, accelerator group is to create multiple streams of income, because it's something I haven't really hit on.

Yeah.

But it was something that's super important for us, because you can take that extra money, and that money can be invested in, in either stocks and bonds if that's what you do, or real estate or whatever.

So that's how we got our first book.

He published it, but we did have to pay for ... uh, a ghostwriter.
