Tonkin Highway

It looks like the police emblem on the tail, but I'm not sure.

But he's circling, he's going east and west, up and, like, around Guildford Road, between Collie Road and Tonkin Highway, just that little section.

He's been circling up and down, round and round, for at least 15 minutes.

So I don't know what's going on there.

But, like, yeah, just east and constantly going around and doing, like, a... like Circle, East-West, East-West, between Collier Road and Tonkin Highway on Guildford Road.
