And maybe it overshadowed a little bit of, Really what Quinn and Danny did they wanted a high level and Quinn was Quinn was an interesting one to coach with my K because he wasn't a natural point guard.

He was more of a scoring combo guard and he came right after Tommy Amaker who was a pure point guard.

And, and so it was always interesting to see Mike K coach him.

Cause at times he probably didn't want him to be as creative and daring as he was yet.

Or not a week goes by where somebody is in crisis a little bit and needs a pep talk or is struggling.

And you know what? That's what you signed up for in coaching, the relationships, as you know so well, because you're in education.

Tommy Amaker, you mentioned getting kids in.

I'm sure you had your wars with the admissions office from time to time.

I mean, you know, um, I've seen John forever as an assistant coach.

And, uh, you know, I have a son, Matt, that M- Matt, Matt Fraschilla is now at Georgia Tech with Coach Cross, but he played for Tommy Amaker.

And, and, um-

In the DNA.

It's fun to look at them now, and there are eight current coaches.

So there's, you know, Jon Scheyer at Duke, there's Tommy Amaker at Harvard, there's, uh, Jeff Capel at Pittsburgh, Chris Collins at Northwestern, Johnny Dawkins at UCF, and the only th- the only problem he has is he has to play in the Big 12.

Uh, otherwise, you know, it's hard for him to emerge there, but he's doing great.

Uh, Kenny Blakeney is at Howard.

And so that's, that's gonna be a lot of fun.

How weird was it to coach with your head coach? You went from playing for him for four years to coaching with him for a year.
