You know what I mean? It's by the by, isn't it? You don't play the game for how the hair moves or how it looks.

You play the game for essentially how it controls and the fun you're having.

Richard, what have you been

playing? I've been diving back into the Tomb Raider 1 to 3 remastered games.

Playing them on tank controls has been It took a while to get used to, but I'm thoroughly enjoying having that control scheme back because the Tomb Raider games are essentially grid-based.

Once you understand that, tank controls just become so much easier for those types of games.

But yeah, I can do the first level in two minutes now.

Yeah, I've always been interested in speedruns.

And I think Tomb Raider 1... is going to be my first one that I attempt to do fully once I learn a bit more about the techniques and everything like that.

But it's interesting.

Andrew and I did that one a while back, and we'll just continue glazing Sonic.

My number three, Tomb Raider.

I did not grow up with Tomb Raider 1, 2, and 3.

I didn't play those games.

The first Tomb Raider game that I played was when they did the 2015 reboot of these things, and they made it with a third-person, almost Assassin's Creed-style look of it.

Isn't the video game industry so lovely? Because you've had, uh...

This is a remake of Tomb Raider 1, and I think a few years back they released a collection of remastered versions of Tomb Raider, like, 1, 2, and 3 or whatever.

So it's just regurgitated-

We have a handheld Tomb Raider released for the Game Boy Color, I believe in 2000, the same year as Metal Slug 3, for perspective.

And what's shocking about Tomb Raider on the Game Boy Color... is how well it works, and its only limitation is really that it would be on the Game Boy Color, if that makes sense.

This is not a port of Tomb Raider 1.

This is just called Tomb Raider 1. because I guess you would realize that it's Tomb Raider for the Game Boy Color.

Its actual subtitle is Tomb Raider, like, The Nightmare Stone.

Okay.

And then looking at remake season, of course, you've got the Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis, which is the remake of Tomb Raider 1.

Yeah.

That was announced for Switch 2.

That is a worthwhile, ground-up remake.

That is actually the one that's Tomb Raider 1, right?

Tomb Raider 1 that they're releasing next year that I am happy to get.

I literally just played Tomb Raider 1 in a remaster version earlier this year that came out last year.

But what Legend of Atlantis is, I believe that's what it's called.
