Tom S Vogl

Why do we normally succeed but sometimes fail? What can we learn from our successes, our near misses, or incidents? Rather than blaming and shaming, we are curious about seeing things from our guests' perspective in order to explore the sometimes fine line between lucky and good.

I'm so happy to welcome today's guest, who I have known for many years, Tom Vogl, an outdoor adventurer, avalanche educator, and CEO of The Mountaineers in Seattle.

Tom, we've worked together and gone on some really fun and memorable adventures together as well.

It's great to have you as a guest here today, and I'm excited to learn from you.
