Tom Kitt

Yeah.

Jessica Wong, Christopher Wheeldon, Tom Kitt, Bosner

Your songs are, are, are in here.

Um, how, how are you approaching writing for, for the stage, and what are you learning from it?

Uh, Lena is working with Jessica Wong on the script, and we have Christopher Wheelden, who's like choreographer/director, ballerina extraordinaire.

Tom Kitt, who's like, you know, music director of my dreams.

So it's just, it just like keeps getting kind of like blow your mind wild.

And I know I just like name dropped a bunch of people, but these are like The Wizard of Oz people to me, so I'm, I'm very, very proud and-

So I got a phone call from my agent and Christopher Ashley was the director of Freaky Friday.

Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkie wrote it, who I've worked with before on Next to Normal.

And they were going into final callbacks for Freaky Friday.

And she was like, they asked if you were interested, would you be willing to fly out and audition? And I was like, all right, but I got to fly myself out and I got to put myself up.

Amazing.

So they do take quite a while to get these things going.

Tom Kitt, Brian Yorkey, of course, we all know Tony Award winners, Pulitzer Prize winners for Next to Normal.

That's when they really get thrust on the scene, even though they, you know, have... projects both together and apart.
