So can you just elaborate on this a little bit and what the implications are of this?

It's, it's incredible.

And it's also partly down to the service.

They've got more and more players in that midfield and wide areas who are providing world-class assists.

And Tottenham, I think particularly for a couple of the goals, they, they struggled to cope with the, the kind of in-swinging left-footed corners from Alex Greenwood, for example.

A really good player with set pieces.

Like, so it's not just about her, but she's been phenomenal.

Can they learn anything from it?

For context, Tom, like, France, Netherlands and England, because if you watch this, you just, you know, and if you'd come from having not (laughs) watched the women's game until major tournaments, you'd say, well, look, France are obviously that much better than England and they're that much better than the Netherlands, but is it not that simple? Because I thought S- I thought England, I thought England made the Netherlands look as bad as France made England look.

Uh, but y- you're right though that coming, um, into the tournament, all three were relatively, perceived to be relatively even, and, and certainly that was reflected in the Nations League meetings that they'd had.

You know, last summer, France won two-one at St. James' Park, and then England went and beat France two-one in Saint-Etienne a few days later, and it, it were quite closely fought matches.

Similarly, in the previous Nations League cycle, England had lost, uh, narrowly in, uh, the Netherlands, and then England had beaten the Netherlands three-two at Wembley.

And all the, all the contests were quite close, so I came into this tournament thinking, "Goodness, this is gonna be fantastic.

And actually her goal, even if it was deflected, was a key moment, isn't it? To be two up going into the break.
