For people that aren't familiar with this particular site and where it is in Kelowna and some of the issues, can you tell us what it's been like having the site there?

Well, the site opened in 2021.

It is located, the outreach site is Urban Health set it up, and it is located in our downtown core.

And the concern that we have had is that we have been, since it opened up, we've had concerns with regards to what it brings to that particular area and what it brings to that neighborhood.

We have had discussions with Interior Health We've also had discussions with the ministry.

And so we started to look at keeping records on what's happening within that specific area.

And we've had over 3,400 RCMP calls for service that were related to this site.

doesn't seem all that compassionate given what we see outside these sites what other businesses and residents are now fearful in in many cases people aren't getting the health care they need so is it a sense of a different type of model or is there still a space do you think in Kelowna for some type of treatment center?

What is the difference between someone who has experience in government, which is relevant, of course, to running a city, and experience in business, which is a different kind of experience? Why is that one experience different than the other? Well,

and I didn't – with me not spending a lot of time in government prior to this, it would be difficult for me to answer what the difference would be.

But I'm very aware of what my strengths were.

And my strengths were that leadership came from the leadership that I had in the past.

I needed to deliver upon items.

I recognize that it's – when you're voted in, you only have a four-year term.

So I got to work and basically started to – deliver the items that the city wanted to look at delivering.

Why has there not been more progress on that?
