Can you walk me through the process, how the landlords, I think we probably have mostly landlords and professionals listening to this podcast, although it obviously helps everybody, but What's the process for me to then reach out and collect what's owed through Panda Guarantee? How streamlined is it for you?

So there's two processes.

There's kind of two paths, again, that an owner can go down when a tenant is in default.

The first step for both of them is called a first notice of loss.

And that's just basically alerting us, hey, this tenant is late on their rent.

And that has to be done within the first 90 days.

So if rent was due on June 1st, we require that you let us know by July, August, the end of September that the tenant hasn't paid.

kind of feel that out are you watching closely any of um the potential policies that are coming out that would specifically affect how your renters and how your company in general would be applying your oversight and your insurance to landlords like me

And I'm wondering, does this mean that the museum's role is partly, anyway, to act as a kind of conduit or medium between all the stuff that's being generated in academia and the broader publics that the museum is there to serve? Is that one thing you do? That you're a kind of, maybe not a filter, but a funnel or something, some kind of channel between academia and the rest of the world?

Well, I mean, I think certainly that, I mean, it's an aspiration for us, I think, that we would be able to take some of those kind of academic discoveries and ideas and disseminate them in perhaps a more kind of open and kind of broader way.

I mean, I think, you know, we work, as you know, we do work closely with universities.

I mean, when we put on exhibitions, you know, they're often, they can be, perhaps not often, but fairly regularly are in partnership with kind of academic institutions.

So we draw on academic research in order to then present exhibitions that are kind of there for anyone to access sort of thing.

So I think in that sense, absolutely, that's right.

I think in ways in which we attempt to engage with with kind of academic developments through our public program.
