Tom Butters

He helped USF go 25 and 9, win both the AAC titles, and helped USF reach its first NCAA tournament since 2012.

A fun connection, his grandfather, Tom Butters, hired Coach K at Duke.

So there's a little, a little tidbit there for T Butters.

So, uh, yeah, I just wanted to give it up for T, if you guys have anything to say about him.

How can it possibly be in college where we're teaching kids not to fight, not to flee? You know, all the great stories of when somebody stayed with a student athlete and look what they became after a few years.

Look at Duke did when Tom Butters didn't fire Mike Krzyzewski after three or four years when he wasn't getting it done.

He stayed the course and was rewarded.

We lose all that.
