Mm-hmm.

And we wanna be able to do all kinds of different things when we fish, depending on what we're doing.

And, and surprisingly, we're here in the Northwest, it's kinda rainy out, but even in Florida, a lot of the tactics are the same.

The fish are different, but reef fishing, we're just dead drifting or reef fishing down.

We're not trolling, right? And then when it comes to just friends and family and hanging out, you wanna be able to clean all the fishing gear off the boat, reset it maybe for barbecuing, grilling, cocktailing, whatever it is.

And so, that's what we do.

So, we have a whole range of products that are based on our mount system.

Mm-hmm.

And it's so reassuring to know that that's all you need to do to have a massive impact at the end, the other end of all that process change, rather than having to come up with something fantastically new, because that is really hard.

It's like any big piece of work that you do, isn't it? You don't just go and write your dissertation one day.

No, I'm starting now.

yeah yeah you don't start the night before you start really small so you do little chunks of it over time and I think that's the same idea you will get to the end goal but you're not just going to get there overnight or like you say one small well one big change that's going to revolutionize your business it is going to be all the little things that come together yeah and I think I don't know, I think that's the interesting part about especially the people that we work with specifically because we work with so many different businesses and you know them so well and throughout the recruitment process you see where they go wrong and it's really kind of interesting to see pitfalls in different businesses and how they do things and that's where we can kind of come in and add our expertise because we do recruitment every day.

We know how it should be done.

We know we can give advice and I think that's also interesting a big part of our service we're not just a cv machine we're really here to help you understand where you can do better all those sorts of bits to help you improve on the kind of recruitment side

Yeah, it's certainly been ...

It's been a cold morning, and it's been a bit of a cold day, too.

So we saw the maximum temperature we got to in the city, so at West Terrace we saw it get to 13.8, which is a cold day any day.

But we've also seen the apparent temperature that's been going along with the temperature throughout the day a couple of degrees less.

So while it has gotten up to the 13.8 degrees today, probably didn't feel like it outside, and probably hasn't felt much warmer than about 10 or 11 degrees, um, in the city today.

And can we expect the, the cooler weather to continue for the rest of the week?

Yeah, pretty much.

Can you explain what that means?

Yeah.

So I think it comes down to a worldview for me when I've, again, I'm speaking from a place of experience because I really began my life in a deep hole.

I didn't know who I was.

I was looking for love and, and actually a large part of my story is getting married, thinking that that was going to be the answer to my longing for being loved.

And I, we saw it just, it wasn't now, We're just so grateful that we just hung in there and God has changed us.

So what I've discovered is that we can't find our identity in externals.

What changed the trajectory for you?

Yeah.

He, he...

Um, yeah.

But no, it happened on Moriah.

And James says that this thing where he was accounted righteous- Was fulfilled in Mariah.

So what happened in Mariah was God basically asked Abraham for all physical evidence of his fatherhood, of his personhood, to see, do you really know who you are? And Abraham said, I know who I am.

It doesn't matter whether I have a son or not a son.

And then would you pray us out today?

Mm-hmm

... that are-- that they're proud of what they do, that they're-- they, they question, "Is this good enough? Is this smart?" You know, that kind of thing.

Um- I love the guitars we make.

I enjoy playing the guitars that we make.

Um, I don't-- Uh, there's not, like, a particular, like, thing that I think is so cool.

You know, I mean, like, it's just the guitar is always the sum of all its parts and all the ways it was made.

You know, you could-- If you gave a recipe for a guitar to six different builders and you s- and it was-- and you said, "Everybody build the same guitar," they wouldn't be-- you'd have s-six, six different guitars.

And I, and I-- a-a-and it really made me not worry, but it made me wonder, like, i-is she right? Is it-- c-can you not run a business ethically and, and treat people fairly and all that stuff? And I said, "Well, why, why can't we do that?" So-So we did, and, um, and it just grew and grew.

I spent one year working out of my garage at home.

Mm-hmm.

Had a pin router in the garage, and it was just packed with stuff.

You could barely walk in there.

Mm-hmm.

Yeah, yeah.

Uh, so I'm going through a, a bit of a transformation.

Um, I'm getting fatter, slowly.

Um, and there's nothing I can really do about it to stop it, uh, so I'm leaving it to my government.

Um, I'm gonna put it in the hands of RFK Jr., our Secretary of Health, to stop me.
