And so TLR8 is expressed in other cell types.

So we're likely going to see some overlapping effects with litophilumab, but some differentiation because we are targeting TLR8.

different cells than what we see with specifically with lidophilinop.

And I think what's going to be very interesting as these therapies move through development is trying to understand which patient would benefit from which of these therapies and at which point in this kind of pathway of type 1 interferon production and signaling, we should intervene in a specific patient.
