Tolerability

Um, so very few progression events.

Tolerability looks, you know, great, uh, still.

And, um, the follow-up, though, is a little short on these studies.

It's about two years.

그래서 지금 저뿐만 아니라 많은 분들이 이제 이전적으로나 아마 심정적으로 생각하시기에는 TKI follow by ADC가 optimal sequence지 않을까 이렇게 생각하시는 것 같고요.

조금 더 practical하게 본다면 이번 Destiny-Lung 04 스터디에서 보여줬던 것처럼 side effect나 tolerability 측면에 있어서도 TKI가 좀 더 우월하기 때문에 아마 front line에서 TKI를 좀 더 많이 사용하지 않을까 이렇게 생각이 되고 있습니다.

혹시 김태민 교수님도 TKI랑 ADC가 어떻게 실제 진료장에서 이용될지에 대한 혹시 예측을 혹시 들어볼 수 있을까요?

And that's essentially how the drug came to be.

In terms of safety and tolerability are spot on, both as far as PI3Ks and mTOR inhibitors that both have been around for 20 plus years in those particular indication.

Tolerability has been a challenge with those first and second generations.

in particular hyperglycemia, as well as even some bone marrow issues, i.e. the anemia, the thrombocytopenia, the neutropenia, et cetera, have been quite challenges.

So what is also quite unique about Pax being, I would call it maybe a fourth or fifth generation sort of PI3K, but super, super unique in terms of both hitting PI3K and mTOR is that we've not seen anywhere near that sort of tolerability issues in terms of bone marrow issues, the anemias and those sorts of things.
