But then secondly, is it within the customary norms of the sport? Because everybody will say, well, you fight in hockey and that's permitted.

But as we look at like the Todd Bertuzzi case, he grabs Moore who didn't want to fight from behind and punches him.

Marty McSorley was trying to fight Donald Brasher, hits him from behind with the high stick and gets assault with a weapon.
