So just broadly, like, what are some of the challenges, obviously, of work today, and then some of the ways you're going around solving it, and also what do we mean by thinking platforms or thinking systems?

Toby DanielsGUEST
I mean, it- it's interesting because if you, like me, spend so much time talking about and, and, and, and reading about AI, um, you could easily walk away with this impression that, like, everything is amazing, and look at this new incredible technology, and look how transformative it is gonna be to how we work.

Toby DanielsGUEST
And aspects of that are of course true, but the truth is, when you actually speak to people at almost every level of business and, and a- almost across every aspect of, like, knowledge work, people are generally miserable.

Toby DanielsGUEST
And all of a sudden there's this new technology that's coming at you at an extraordinary pace that's represents, like, not just change and opportunity, but represents something that could be massively disruptive to the way that we work.

Now, as you've been doing this for a while with some of your alpha partners and folks, what are some of the things that have, that both positively and, not negatively, but what have been some of the, like, challenges? Obviously, there've been positive surprises, but there've been challenges, whether they're of people, technology, or maybe some ingoing thinking.
