Toby Tripp loads of incredible people many more I haven't got time to say everyone but um It was just a fun creative process and I was going through a lot with my mental health So I hit perimenopause and so I was feeling a little bit crazy and I'd walk into the sessions with men and be pouring my heart out and saying I'm gonna have to quit my job and They'd be cheering me up.

So there's a sense of humor about all the stuff that I was going through on the record Which is nice
