I, I'd agree with what both of you have said.

I think at the end of the day, everyone does want similar things.

I think taking it back to, um, uni days, um, I don't remember all the different levels, but I know there was Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

So at the end of the day, everybody wants the same things.

But I think as you've both said, it just looks very different.

But I think also one of the main things, at least let me know if you disagree, but I think also the speed at which people want these things is also changing throughout the generations.

Have you had experience of that yet, whereby you've had leaders who, who just assume things?
