Now they realize it's easy to buy it, and so that's what they're doing.

Do you remember that? Older people do.

It's called To Serve Man.

And the aliens come.

They solve world peace, everything else.

And they leave behind a book.

And they translate it.

[clears throat] "To Serve Ukraine." People might, might, might have heard that before.

"To Serve Man" aired on March second, nineteen sixty-two, and was the twenty-fourth episode of "The Twilight Zone." It's considered one of the best episodes from the series, particularly for its final twist.

In this incredible work of art, aliens come to Earth and declare that their mission is to provide h-humanitarian aid by sharing advanced technology that can easily and inexpensively solve all our energy problems and food shortages, and prevent international warfare.

If you're listening in Ukraine, this may sound familiar [chuckles].

The aliens, "We're here to help you.

We're gonna stop war," and they just happen to leave a book, and somebody's trying to figure out what's on it, and at some point, she figures out it's a cookbook.

"To Serve Man" is a cookbook.

The promises of good health and peace were all a ruse, and the humans were on the menu.

I'm flashing back to Twilight Zone, Rod Serling.

There was an episode called To Serve Man.

You know, it's like the old, the old Twilight Zone, uh, movie.

Uh, it's called To Serve Man.

I think it was Twilight Zone.

It might've been Outer Limits.

It was, like, in the '60s.

But at the very end as people are just piling onto the ships, there's one guy running up going, "Don't get on the ship.

To Serve Man, it's a cookbook.

It's a cookbook." And they're just, and they just close the doors real quick, fly off with all the ships 'cause they eat humans.
