Finally, we'll just touch on, Link Hall announced his management team for next year, so we know who players have to impress if they see these heads in the semi-finals or the weekend.

So Link Hall's on, he's still the manager, and then he was down as a coach to list it.

You might have a different idea, you might see something differently that could work in a certain position.

He should command the respect of the dressing room just by his playing history.

You know, he's a fantastic hurler for Tipperary and a fantastic hurler for Mulnahon.

He was key and central and a huge part of the most successful era in Mulnahon's history.

Um, and I would be very critical of myself in that regard, that I can, I can make the defense of myself in that, you know, I was so busy and I didn't...

Like, you know, I went to Atlanta the day after the Munster Hurling final replay, got back from Cork, Tip, Tip Limerick Munster final replay.

Got back from Cork at 2:00 in the morning or something.

Yeah, flew the next day.

Yeah, and it's brilliant that something like this is happening because oftentimes when you think of, you know, your role, let's say, in the county and games development manager, you're thinking of maybe high level elite bringing players through and all that.

But this is a kind of whole different side of the kind of coaching and development coin and equally, if not even more so important for the kind of societal element of Tipperary GAA.

Maybe some good will come out of it, though, because it's back to the forefront of everyone's minds and stuff.

But, you know, I'd just be afraid when the dust settles again and we're kind of pushed to the back again.

What's been your experience in Tipperary?
