Next we have Tintwistle Moor which is near Glossop, merged with Dove Stone into one combined complex covering 885 hectares.

The first ignition for this one was on the 24th of June and it re-escalated in high winds on the 13th of July.

So these are reported that six team networks are working together across the UK, and those teams have done a considerable amount of training for stuff like this, both in the UK, but also in Texas on rural urban interface fires.

They've been to South Africa on some tactical burns, and they've cross-trained together in South Wales.

Again, South Wales are very good at this, and they've already deployed live a few times this season, most visibly at the Tintwistle one.

And there's a genuine sort of coverage gap that wasn't really raised publicly about how important that sort of deployment was.
