We wanna look at, um, median sensory compared in both hands and compared to different fingers, right? So maybe pinprick on the pinky and pinprick on the index or thumb and comparing that side to side.

Um, we know about Phalen's, Tinel's, Durkan's variable performance.

There's a thousand different factors that go into that.

Still fairly quick tests and still, I think, have utility.

Um, again, and a normal examination does not exclude fairly mild carpal tunnel syndrome.

So again, here's some, you know, just brief explanation of sensitivity and specificity for some of these tests.

Maybe Phalen's slightly more sensitive than Tinel's.
