It's al- it's always been kind of reactive, hasn't it? And this, now it's getting quite serious, isn't it? Um, Tina, I'm gonna pass to you and say, like, this is, this is actually quite a serious thing that we need to do now, isn't it?

Yeah, definitely.

And I think, um, you touched the nail on the head there, that it's about that planning.

And I think with the medium-term planning frameworks that have come out and a lot of the ICB fundings are now looking at that, like, three to five-year term plan rather than the kind of one-year planning cycle.

And that's with a lot of roles in kind of leadership workforce and retention, they've often been very short-lived.

So you'll do that piece of work where you'll get the support workforce, you know, up and skilled, but then no one will carry it on.

So that has been the challenge.
