So yeah, I would love to hear a little bit about, um, what is Edge City and how did you become co-founder?

Yeah, definitely.

So, uh, well, first of all, I'm very excited to have this conversation because you actually lived at one of our events at, at Esmeralda, and you experienced it from the inside, so I'm also very curious to hear your perspective and your thoughts.

Um, but yeah.

So at a high level, Edge City is what we call a society incubator.

And what does that mean? Uh, we do several things.

We primarily focus on these month-long village events, we call them pop-up villages, where we gather folks from technology, science, culture, uh, policymakers, artists.

I-- But I'm curious to hear a little bit on the living aspect of what kind of feedback do you get in terms of what it's like for people to live, to live in community for a month, and are there any differences that you're seeing between folks that are single doing that versus partnered?

Is that correct? There you go.

Exactly.

And I've seen this, I've seen this many times.

Some people are like, well, why, why do you do this all around the world? Why not just do it in San Francisco or in New York? And for us, there's two key reasons.

One is what you're saying, where we actually want people to remove themselves from their usual silos and go somewhere new so that they can actually start to think about a new way of living a new uh habit formation they have new ideas we've had people come from sf and meet other people in sf that they wouldn't have otherwise met form deep bonds start startups together and i think there's something about being in this you know just different environment for an extended period of time.

You can actually form new habits or new ideas.

And the second thing is that we want people to be thinking in a global perspective, right? We want ideas from India to inform the things that are happening in Silicon Valley and vice versa.

And I mean, mention all the core key pillars of this.
