Maybe somebody should introduce a bill because at some point as we are following these big trials, this would be doxing.

District Attorney Tim Cruz has not said if he plans to retry the case.

A status hearing is set for September 29th.

If Cruz decides to retry her and drops the charges from first degree down to second degree, Clancy does have the option to ask for a trial without a jury.

Given that it was an 11-to-1 jury, apparently for not guilty by reason of insanity, you now have some questions about the jurors, the 12th juror, the holdout jurors, criminal history, allegations of domestic violence.
