God, what do you want from me today? What do you want from me in this? So building that time into your day to be asking him.

And I want to dare you, and I know I've talked about this in previous videos and podcasts, ask God, like, Father, what is your heart for me today? That's one of the things I really want to credit to Encounter School Ministries and Father Timothy Gallagher is just really asking that question.

Father, what are you thinking of me right now? And can we imagine the Father's gaze upon us right now? Can you receive the Father's love? Like Father is love.

So he's just looking upon you with love and mercy.

Their work and mission continued even after the formal restoration of the Society of Jesus.

And in fact, one of the most preeminent writers on Ignatian discernment today, Father Timothy Gallagher, OMV, is our guest today.

And as you'll hear, he stresses the essential work that is the ministry of the exercises and how the Oblates and the Jesuits continue to work together in this mission.

The exercises, after all, are a gift to all of God's people, the whole church.
