On September 1st, uh, an attorney, a special advisor to Secretary Hegseth, a guy named Tim Parlatore, um, gave an interview where he explained all of, all of this from the inside, and he's, and he is one of the people that pushed this forward.

And he and I have been in, in fairly regular contact over the last year.
