Brian RogersHOST
4:18
Starting off at Timeshare Ownership and discovering Tug and discovering the resale market and discovering how to truly maximize your vacation dollar leads you to buy more resale timeshares.

Topic one is one of my favorites because we actually hit just an absolutely monster milestone this past week with the 1,500th person we have confirmed was able to fine-tug after buying a timeshare cancel it after the advice on tub and getting a full refund.
Brian RogersHOST
5:57
Hey, Claire, thanks for tuning in.
Brian RogersHOST
6:00
Most people don't want to be told that they fell for a timeshare.
Brian RogersHOST
6:04
Timeshares already have a negative stigma about them, about how it's just a terrible purchase.
Brian RogersHOST
6:08
And I rule in the bet that the average owner walks into a timeshare sales presentation with the mindset, I'm not buying a timeshare.
Brian RogersHOST

Brian RogersHOST

And the reason it happens is because it's effective.
Brian RogersHOST
20:11
It convinces so many people to buy this.
Brian RogersHOST
20:13
The only way these people are going to make this purchase is if they believe this nonsense, because doing the real math and telling the truth and being completely upfront about a retail purchase for additional window points or additional anytime share points does not make financial sense.
Brian RogersHOST
20:28
It has to be marketed.
Brian RogersHOST
20:31
It has to be twisted around.
Brian RogersHOST
0:07
Hello, hello, hello, friends.

Brian RogersHOST
23:01
I moved my HSA there because they just allow you to invest uh we're totally getting off on tangent here at this point but hey if i can help you guys pay your maintenance fees and avoid that three percent it's worth it uh that'll be a look at both those online banks see if you can get an account set up there and uh use that just to pay your maintenance fees just transfer the you know 2500 bucks uh once a year in january to that account and shoot off your your annual maintenance fees paid from a local bank us bank they shouldn't have a problem with it and you saving three percent on your maintenance fees look at that this is the kind of information that hard-hitting investigative journalism that we provide here on Tug, Timeshare, Tuesday Recap Live.
Brian RogersHOST
23:35
Bill and Congress release interchange fees, but so many people don't want to lose their points, earnings cards if the law passes.
Brian RogersHOST
23:40
Yeah, I mean, I have no doubt that the reason they're offering 1% cash back or 2% cash or 5% cash back is because they're making all that up on the transaction fees on the other side.
