everything you talked about, about helping people do their jobs better, understanding the performance issue, evaluating whether or not we did that, you know, the, the, the quiet part that I don't think a lot of people openly admit in this industry is that that's very much an aspirational thing of what ought to be true.

There's a lot of people and I used to be this way.

I just enjoyed, you know, the clicky clicky bling bling of creating, you know what I mean? Of creating things on the screen.

And so, you know, it, it's exciting in the sense, everything that's happening is exciting in the sense that, The irony is that AI is actually forcing us back to focus on the things that we should have been focusing on from the get-go.

And so I view, not that development's completely going away, and not that the creative aspect that so many of us fell in love with that turned us into e-learning designers, me included, not that that's going away, it's just the ratio and the equation of our work is changing.
