Tim Mcdermott

Of course, all five pro teams have showed some interest in speaking.

Some really cool people like the president of the Philadelphia Union, Tim McDermott.

We have Tam-A Patel from the Eagles.

We have Josh Fr- Barbary from the Phillies.

We're going to see Ryan out there at the Wispus Bank Sports Flex tomorrow practicing field goals.

Well, Tim McDermott and I have had this conversation a number of times because I feel as though I missed my calling as a kicker in football because my high school didn't have it at the time.

So Tim went to college and kicked at Cornell.

And I personally think I could beat him in a field goal kicking contest.

linking with the business side, making sure that Tim and I, you know, are talking and collaborating as much as possible and having time to just make sure that I can, you know, fill in where needed, depending on what happens.

So it's been a lot, but it's, again, the staff that I have around make it much easier, I would say.

And

You mentioned the vision that the Gramps had and the establishing the academy.

It's now on the same campus as every other part of this organization.

We had Tim McDermott on the podcast and we talked about what the impact of having the entire organization on the same campus is from a business perspective.

But I wonder from a sporting perspective, how massive this has been for the club.
