Tim Markland

What would make someone walk away from a 16 and a half year teaching career to start over in real estate? For Tim Markland, it was the realization that helping people didn't have to end when the school day was over.

What began as a father and son venture in 2015 grew into the Markland Advantage, a successful Bel Air based real estate team built around relationships, exceptional service, family, and giving back to the community.

Today, Tim works alongside a growing team that includes his wife, Amy, while the two of them raise their three daughters right here in Hartford County.

And so he started to walk away from the car.

And he goes, for whatever reason, turned back.

He said, are you Tim Markland? I'm like,

yeah.

And he goes, oh, you know, Craig Chavis' son, Drew.
