You came up with this idea.
42:48
So it was actually myself and, at the time, our sous chef, Gabe Nesmith.
42:53
So shout out to him.
42:54
He's working in the industry.
42:55
Fantastic chef.
42:56
Learned a lot from him.
42:57
We were trying to find a way to get the folks inside the building.

Now, would the dieticians get involved a lot, or were they the ones who'd be like, all right, lay out the mozzarella sticks inside the parmesan?

Here's Tim live at The Moth.
2:14
[cheering] All right.
2:24
Hello.
2:25
[laughs] All right.
2:28
So it was the first day of, uh, sixth grade, which was the last year of elementary school, and the quasi-romantic but completely non-sexual tension was running high.
2:37
[laughs] Uh, years of simmering feelings, uh, requited and/or unrequited crushes and general preteen angst had come to a boil in this, our last year all together before being scattered to the winds of junior high.
2:50
Uh, everybody knew who they liked, everybody knew who they like-liked- [laughs] ... and the social order was basically pretty much determined, and there was this crazy sense of urgency in the air, you know, like a s- a manic, it's now or never kind of feeling, you know? Like, like Europe before the war.

[applauding] [cheering]
27:37
Thank you.

All right, so it was my freshman year of college, and I was standing on center court at UCLA's fabled Arthur Ashe Tennis Center, where every year the top pros would come and play in the Mercedes-Benz Invitational in front of thousands of fans.
27:52
But in that moment, the stadium was empty except for me and my friends Lance, Paul, and Evan.
27:59
And that night we took part in what has to be the most amazing, greatest two-on-two doubles amateur tennis game of all time.
28:13
Um, now, the teams were chosen at random.
28:16
It was Lance and Paul versus me and Evan.

Tim's gonna sing this one.
162:20
This one's called The Giving Tree.
162:26
[singing] All the leaves on the giving tree have fallen.
162:40
No shade to crawl in underneath.
162:48
I've got scars from a pocket knife where you carved your-If all you wanted was love, why would you use me up? Cut me down, build a boat and sail away.
163:12
When all I wanted to be, was your giving tree.
