Um, uh, the, the, the hyper-offensive 1930s, right? Uh, you know, in 1930, for example, he drove in, uh, what was it? 170 runs.

I think the entire National League around that time as a group, I think, uh, batted around 300, maybe a 303, something like that.

Um, you know, so he was definitely part of a genre of hitters and stuff.

So there's a bit of grade inflation there, but it still doesn't mean he wasn't contributing on his own stats, right? Um, so I, I think that's kind of a wash.
