In this episode, we talk to Tim Gearhart of Gearharts Chocolate, which was voted the number one chocolate shop in the United States by USA Today staff and readers, and is celebrating its 25th year anniversary this year, having started back in 2001 in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Tim and his business partner, Bill, have grown the business slowly but steadily over that entire span of time.

Tim's a Marine.

He traveled the world, probably not in style, but it's those worldly travels, his culinary background, the attention to the detail that all chocolatiers need, and as you'll hear him tell it, really good timing and a lot of dedication, and they've all come together and culminated in his success.
