Tim Fitch

We'll let you know exactly what is announced later today.

Former St. Louis County Police Chief Tim Fitch says flock license plate cameras are a valuable tool for police, but he also says he's been giving chiefs the same warning about them from the start.

If you don't regulate them closely and monitor and audit who's using them, they'll be abused.

Like anything else, when someone has power, in this case police, when they have power, it will be abused by a small number of people, and they'll ruin it for everybody.
