accept I accept who I am that I don't I have no control I have no power so um since that happened I'm almost four months sober um from masturbation and porn are my main things.

Um, but yeah, any, any selfish sex.

Um, and it feels different.

This stint of sobriety feels different because I'm not employing willpower at all.

I've completely given up on it.

So I, I only try to deepen my connection with my higher power and, um, work my program and be of service to others.
