So maybe to kind of start us off, Tim, tell me a little bit about yourself.
3:09
Yeah, man.
3:09
Well, I mean, I'm from Cleveland, Ohio originally.
3:12
It's where I grew up and went to college, 03 to 07, and saw everybody making money in real estate.
3:18
And so I thought, if all these people are making money in real estate, I could probably do this too.
3:22
And so in 2007, when I graduated from college, I jumped into real estate.
3:26
And I thought you got involved in real estate by becoming like a real estate agent.

As we're going through this, are you still net growing your portfolio or are you kind of trading off some of the poor units and kind of reallocating your portfolio to kind of position itself for when things kind of pick up that you're in a good place?
19:21
So I'd be curious, maybe first question is what kind of moves and what led you to do that? And then now moving forward, yeah, what asset classes do you like? What are you seeing in the markets?
19:32
Yeah, man.
19:32
Great, great question.
19:33
So let's talk about why I scaled back.
19:35
So first off, the way that I built my business was I had a coaching business, no longer have that coaching business, but by choice, I closed that down.
19:43
But I had a business that trained people on how to go out and find real estate, find apartment buildings and underwrite those apartment buildings, operate those apartment buildings.
19:51
And a lot of people came to that and said, Hey man, I love this.

And then like, what does it look like going forward? How do you make time kind of talk to all those other, whether it's entrepreneurs or even W2s that are trying to prioritize family and, and cause you don't get that time back.
