Mm-hmm.
22:32
Um, you don't have to drop it necessarily.
22:34
I like to use a someday/maybe folder.
22:36
It's in my projects, like a status in my projects folder so that you can come back to it.
22:41
I just don't want you doing everything at one time.
22:44
So it doesn't seem, it doesn't say never, but what I'm saying is maybe not in this season.
22:50
So I like to start with your sun goals, which is, like, where do you wanna be five to 10 years from now? Okay.

30:28
[laughs]
10:33
I'm curious, how much time do you allocate for white space per day, and what do you recommend people start with? [laughs]
10:43
So first, I, I have a, what I call an early morning routine that I recommend to all my clients, and just starting with what they can do and what just feels good.
10:53
So even if they just take the time and, like, let's say they're writing a book or they do work, but just time before the day starts, and then moving it into being more intentionally, you know, passive or, uh, white space.
11:07
So just taking...
11:08
Especially I work with a lot of moms, so, you know, especially if you have kids that wake up early and tr- trying to at least get, like, starting with, like, 20 minutes, an hour would be, like, ideal if no one comes to bother you before the kids wake up.
11:23
And then in your evening routine, having some sort of, like, be- after the screens go off or maybe you don't watch a screen, whatever the case is, 20 minutes to an hour just to have, like, some peace.
11:34
That's not always possible, but I try to make the early m- routine or the morning routine really important.
13:53
But how do we get there? How do we take that first step?
20:42
What is the biggest mistake moms make when they are trying to push through even though they're overwhelmed, they're going through all those symptoms that you talked about before of feeling, you know, struggling with focus, like kind of disorganized, and feeling depleted and exhausted, and they're just trying to push through?
21:02
Mm-hmm.
21:03
Well, I would say the biggest mistake is thinking that rest or taking white space is not productive.
21:11
It actually is very productive.
21:13
I think, and I'm guilty of this, so [laughs] I'm not perfect in this, but there can be some guilt associated when we take a break or slow down when we're overwhelmed 'cause you're like, "I have so much to do.
21:24
I should be using this time to be productive," even it's just to be productive in the home.
21:28
We have like guilt around it, a lot of high achieving women and moms just in general I think so, even if you're not super ambitious, because there's always something to be done.

8 MINS LATER

29:48
I'm assuming it would be just do take time to rest instead of pushing through.
6:11
... you know, it's a, it's a big part of your strategy.
6:14
Right.
6:15
Yeah.
6:15
So it's tied together pricing and timing.
6:18
So I talk about timing and pricing together as I, like, offer the program to potential folks that come into my world.
6:26
So there's three timeframes that I talk about.
6:29
There's the first 90 days, which is what I call the seed portion of our membership, and then there's the ongoing quarters after the 90 days, which I call the flower portion of our membership.

On your, on your, um, customer journey and in your onboarding experience, are there some sort of call-out moments, critical moments that you have intentionally designed to make sure people feel really looked after? Are there some that stand out to you?
