The very first kind of tea, actually, what I bought in China, it was Tie Guan Yin Oolong.

It's called Iron Godness Oolong, and it was very fresh, and I just, wow, it can be so fresh, because before, when you're getting it, Not from the first hand, because my first tea was from my friend, who actually now also live in China.

Black tea becomes Assam, Darjeeling, Keemun, Yunnan.

And so oolong's named after that, and we have a couple other ones, and I think people just don't pick oolongs because they're not familiar with them.

They look at these names like, "What's this Dong Ding Ding Dong? What's, what's this? What is it?" They just are not familiar with it, and so they don't even open the canisters and smell them.
