Insane.

But anyways, I think the counselors have a pretty good starting point for a lot of this, but it's all about perspective, right? Sure.

And it's all relative, you know, who you ask, okay? Like for me, I think AI is obviously a huge issue or topic, right, heading into 2027.

But if you were to ask the guys at Tides or any other syndication shop that's absolutely in the trenches, they would have capital markets.

Yeah, you talk to a guy like Yuri, right? And AI is so top of mind.
