When researching this topic, did you know that your bones actually generate electrical signals when you move? or that your cells have tiny channels that respond to changes in electrical voltage.

Researchers have been investigating whether EMF exposure could influence things like cellular function, bone health, thyroid hormones, and melatonin production.

Now, does this mean we should be afraid of our phones or Wi-Fi routers? No, not necessarily.

But I also don't think we should dismiss research simply because we don't have every answer yet.

A 2019 systematic review of 22 studies involves cell phone-related radiation and thyroid hormones.

Some studies reported changes in TSH, T3, and T4, and others found no significant effects.
