And then there are other goals besides the one boss.

And then in Thwomp's Fortress, there's one boss, and that's it.

But then there are stages after that that don't have a boss at all, like the Dire Dire Docks doesn't have a boss.

And so, like, I think they set up a precedent and then immediately break it.

Um, but so right now he's just opened up the starter course, and I had the, uh, Thwomp, uh, course, like the add-on.

And then he had the Tanooki suit today that he was playing with.

And I've got tons.

They should have at least like booze walking around and like turning away whenever you face them.

Oh, that'd be really good in Thwomps.

There is a Thwomp in that Mario land.

It's just a normal blue thwomp.

sitting under a dull yellow light, giving it that eerie green hue.

Speaking of Thwomp, their deep sound effects in the game is a very much slowed down Wario voice.

I don't know if it was that one.

Whatever fart noise Wario was making, they slowed it down, and that's your thwomp noise.

But it's not the powerhouse it became in later versions.

You can go through thwomps with it, which was very good for me.

That's pretty good.

Yeah, those guys fucked me up so bad because those were the guys that I couldn't tell where they were.

One thing where depth was a problem it was the thwomps right just be like I, they are going up and down.

So you kind of need to aim for the one that's going to be up when you go through, but I don't, I can't tell how far away they are like something about the way they were displayed on this made it very hard for me to tell.

how like you know the the warp pipes i have some idea of like how far away they are the other carts i've said but for whatever reason the thwomps were just like i don't know within a range of like three cart lengths i don't know where they are and so guess who will never hit a

And then you have Bowser's Castle again, which is really, like, foreboding.

And it feels like almost like a final level because you have the lava and the Thwomps that'll slam down on you and just, you know, like you get to the end of Super Mario Bros. 1, you get to the end of each world, and you have to go through the castle.

It feels like that, and I feel like it pays homage to [laughs] Super Mario Bros. 1.

Uh, and I love the three different Bowser levels.

And he's a little devil, and it slows you down.

And then there's Piranha Plants in, uh, Choco Plains.

And then there's Thwomps in Bowser's Castle.

And then there's Super Thwomps in Rainbow Road, and when you get, when you get hit with a normal Thwomp, it flattens you.
