Thundurus

Incarnate, Tornadus Therion, Thundurus, Thundurus, Reshi, Zekrom, Lando in both forms, Kirim, Xerneas, Yvettel, Tapu, Coco, Lele, Bulu, Finny, Zacian, Zamazenta, Regieleki, Regidrago.

So I

have two questions.

Both are anthropomorphic, green skin beings, and both have the power to control the wind.

Thundurus and Raijin are not quite as close, but the similarities are still there, and all of them seem to travel around on a cloud.

Moving on to Ninetales, one of my personal favorite Pokémon.

This beautiful Ninetaled Fox Pokémon is almost an exact copy of Kyuubi no Kitsune, the Ninetaled Fox Kami, or Yokai.

Tornadus, Thundurus, Landurus were not in Scarlet and Violet, even though those Pokemon were definitely used in the meta for Scarlet and Violet.
