Yeah, Thunderwing had a rough go at it.

He went after the Matrix, and then, like, I mean, last we saw him, like, bits and pieces of him were flying off.

Not bad, just kind of like a lot of greebly detail on him.

And then we have for the big commander figure, we've got Thunderwing, which is kind of interesting.

I don't know why they've coloured him black.

Again, take these images with a pinch of salt is what I would say, but...

I hope this isn't the case because Thunderwing isn't primarily black.

That's like his legs are not black.

His arms aren't black.

You know, it's not a bad color scheme.

Grimlock and the Ark show up to provide a distraction from the fact that Scorponok, he didn't make it.

Prime sees that and he also sees Thunderwing and the tainted creation Matrix show up to attack Unicron.

The Matrix is breaking bad.

Unicron is bad personified.

Tainted Matrix falls, and so as we may have guessed, the task of putting Unicron down for good goes to Optimus Prime.

First jettisoning Hi-Q, Prime retrieves the Matrix, steels his resolve, and flies the real creation Matrix directly into Unicron with explosive results.

List of deaths at fandom.com tells me Brainstorm, Zarrron, Cloudburst, Highbrow, Finback, Hardhead, Bomb-Burst, Joyride, Wave Rider, Scorponok, and Thunderwing all died during the attack.

Unicron has fallen.
