Three-Self Patriotic Movement

Foreign influence is not the problem because we've stopped the foreign influence.

We've created what they've called the Three-Self Church, which is independent in the three major ways that a church needs to be independent to have no connection at all with the church in the West.

And yet the pastors and leaders inside of China remain unshakable.

Why? Because they rely on the Word of God.

We can tell you there's about 160 million evangelical Christians within the walls of China.

Forty million of those are registered with what they call the Three-Self Patriotic Movement.

Brian, you've probably heard of this, but When you register with the government, they monitor you very, very closely.

They give you really a sanitized Bible that strips Jesus of his deity.
