Thoth-Amon

Because something was weird with the rights and they couldn't use Thulsa Doom for some reason for the Marvel 70 stuff.

So they just created Thoth Amon as like another, basically same guy, snake villain, and just used him in the comics and stuff.

But then later on, they got the rights back or whatever.

So in the movie, in the Conan movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger, That is Thulsa doom.

But, uh, Oh yeah, we, I forgot we did that Thulsa doom comic as well.

Um, or sorry, sorry.

Thoth Amon.

We did the Thoth Amon comic as well.

When they get out of the water at the cave.

The adventurers travel to the castle of Toth-Amon.

Now, I'm going to say real quick that having listened to various Conan books, audiobooks, listened to various podcasts of people talking about Conan stories, this character, Toth-Amon, he becomes like Conan's big bad in the Marvel comics.

He is in basically one of the Robert E. Howard stories, which is Phoenix on the Sword.

And he and Conan never actually meet in that book.

As they search for Jenna, Conan is separated from the group, and the others are forced to watch him battle a fierce man-beast in a hall of mirrors.

Conan's strikes uselessly pass through it without any harm, but he discovers that breaking the mirrors inflicts damage to the creature.

By breaking all of them, Conan mortally wounds and reveals the creature as a polymorphed Toth-Amon.
