You know, you look at France and they're missing Thibaut Flamand and Manny Miafou, Mathieu Jalibert, Marco Gazzotti, Thomas Ramos.

You know, Fabien Boberier has had a fantastic 12 months, a young player, but he's been brilliant in the centre for France.

so you know Julian Marchand as well for Toulouse is out so all of those guys are absent and I would imagine you know Matty Jellybear as well I would imagine will be involved in the World Cup equally for South Africa a number of players and a number of young players that they're going to give an opportunity to so I don't think it would have huge bearing on maybe what's to come later on next year

But guess what? It's very good news for, we'll see again, Aaron Grandidier.

Theo Assi-Bogé, that will very much feature in the backs.

Well, it's going to be interesting to see what sort of balance of a squad they build.

Obviously, there's a few key players who aren't going to be in the mix today.

Ideally, I think, certainly with Ireland, I think the goal-kicking will be important, unless someone like Hugo Keenan discovers a hidden talent like... like Thomas Ramos or indeed Max Lucu and the second piece.

I think Connacht are certainly starting to emerge under Stewart and what he wants to see.

Nathan Doak is waving in the background going, I can play nine and kick.

He's regularly played a fullback for Leinster and I've no doubt he certainly could do a job there.

I do think Jamie will be long term, will be a 12 as well.
